The damage of the Bush Administration and the Republican controlled congress is here and off and running. I just thought it would take longer than it did.

Off the top of my head:

Check 21
Timber laws softened
Environmental laws softened
Bankruptcy laws changed to favor credit-card companies.
Blocked the minimum wage, again.
Changed the class action law suit laws
Won't secure the borders
Won't open the oil reserves
Wants to pass Cafta
